Important Notice

These terms govern website use and pre-transaction communications.

steeringshaft serves professional automotive parts importers, wholesalers, and distribution partners seeking stable, export-oriented supply. Website content is provided for business reference only and does not automatically create a sales contract, agency relationship, exclusive distribution right, warranty commitment, or binding offer.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, browsing product information, submitting an inquiry, downloading materials, or communicating with steeringshaft through website forms, email, messaging tools, or other business channels, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you act on behalf of a company, importer, wholesaler, distributor, purchasing office, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that organization in relation to your website use and business communications.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of this website and refrain from submitting inquiries or business information through it.

Section 02

Website Use Rules

You agree to use this website only for lawful, professional, and legitimate business purposes related to automotive parts sourcing, supply evaluation, cooperation discussion, or general company information review.

You must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, unauthorized, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to interfere with website security, availability, data integrity, or normal operation.
  • Use automated scraping, crawling, extraction, or data-harvesting tools without written permission.
  • Copy product data, technical descriptions, images, layouts, or commercial materials for competing, deceptive, or unauthorized use.
  • Upload or transmit malware, spam, harmful code, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to restrict access, reject inquiries, suspend communication, or take appropriate action if website use appears abusive, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with professional B2B sourcing conduct.

Section 03

Product Information

Product names, categories, specifications, images, model references, application descriptions, dimensions, materials, compatibility information, and technical notes shown on this website are provided for general reference and preliminary sourcing evaluation.

Due to variations in vehicle markets, model years, regional standards, OE references, aftermarket replacement systems, and customer-specific requirements, all product suitability, compatibility, drawings, samples, quality standards, labeling, packaging, and compliance requirements must be confirmed in writing before order placement.

We may update, correct, modify, discontinue, or replace website content at any time without prior notice. Minor variations in images, surface finish, packaging, and displayed product details may occur due to photography, screen settings, production batches, or continuous improvement.

Reference to any vehicle brand, OE number, trademark, part number, or application is used solely for identification and compatibility reference where applicable. Such references do not imply authorization, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by the respective rights holders.

Section 04

Inquiries & Quotations

Submitting an inquiry does not obligate steeringshaft to supply products, reserve production capacity, accept an order, provide exclusivity, or maintain quoted pricing. We may request additional details before providing a quotation, including target market, annual volume, technical drawings, samples, quality standards, packaging requirements, delivery terms, and company information.

Unless expressly stated in writing, all quotations are non-binding, subject to final confirmation, and may be affected by material cost changes, exchange rate fluctuations, tooling requirements, packaging complexity, order quantity, freight conditions, export documentation needs, and production schedule availability.

Quotations may include commercial terms such as unit price, MOQ, tooling cost, sample cost, lead time, payment terms, Incoterms, packaging method, validity period, and documentation scope. Only the final written confirmation issued by an authorized representative shall be considered effective for transaction purposes.

Section 05

Orders, Samples & Production

Orders are subject to written acceptance by steeringshaft. A purchase order, inquiry message, verbal discussion, or website form submission alone does not constitute order acceptance unless confirmed through a pro forma invoice, sales contract, signed agreement, or other written confirmation.

Samples are provided for evaluation only unless otherwise agreed. Sample approval, testing, installation verification, and market suitability assessment are the buyer's responsibility before mass production. Any requested change after sample approval may affect cost, lead time, tooling, or minimum order quantity.

Production schedules are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Lead times may be affected by material supply, tooling modification, inspection requirements, customer confirmation delays, logistics conditions, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements.

For customized, private-label, customer-drawing, or customer-specified products, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that provided drawings, samples, specifications, marks, packaging designs, labels, and instructions are accurate, lawful, and free from infringement of third-party rights.

Section 06

Export, Import & Compliance Responsibilities

steeringshaft focuses on export-oriented automotive parts supply for professional buyers in premium European and North American markets. However, each buyer remains responsible for verifying import eligibility, product classification, customs duties, local regulatory requirements, market-specific safety standards, labeling rules, and resale compliance in the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for obtaining all permits, certifications, approvals, registrations, insurance, inspections, and documentation required for import, distribution, sale, installation, or use in the buyer's market.

Both parties are expected to comply with applicable export control, sanctions, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, tax, customs, and trade compliance laws. We may decline or suspend cooperation where a transaction appears restricted, unlawful, high-risk, or inconsistent with responsible international trade practice.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, layout, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, icons, technical presentation, brand elements, and trade style, is owned by or licensed to steeringshaft unless otherwise indicated. Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

You may view, download, or print website content only for internal business evaluation related to potential cooperation with steeringshaft. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written consent.

Any customer-supplied drawings, samples, marks, product concepts, packaging artwork, or technical documents remain subject to the ownership and confidentiality arrangements agreed between the parties. The submitting party confirms it has the lawful right to provide and authorize use of such materials for quotation, sampling, production, or related business evaluation.

Section 08

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and useful information, but we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or free from omissions, delays, technical issues, or content inaccuracies.

Website information is not a substitute for professional engineering review, installation verification, regulatory assessment, or market compliance evaluation. Buyers and users should independently confirm product suitability before purchasing, importing, distributing, installing, or reselling any automotive part.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, steeringshaft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic losses arising from website use, reliance on website information, delayed communication, failed transmission, business interruption, lost profits, lost opportunities, or third-party claims.

Any liability related to a confirmed transaction shall be governed by the applicable written contract, pro forma invoice, purchase order confirmation, warranty terms, or other written agreement between the parties.

Section 09

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from website use, pre-contract communication, quotation discussion, or these Terms & Conditions should first be resolved through good-faith business negotiation between the parties.

For confirmed sales transactions, the governing law, jurisdiction, arbitration venue, language, and dispute procedure shall follow the signed contract, pro forma invoice, purchase order confirmation, or other written agreement.

If no separate written dispute clause applies, disputes related to these website terms shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and competent jurisdiction relevant to steeringshaft's place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
